CONSUMER WARRANTY-
Thank you for your interest in our product, Hallett Gutter Cover® and we believe you will be very pleased with your purchase.
Our company does carry a warranty to our customers only, wholesalers and installers. This warranty is for the material only, and warrants that under normal, natural elements of nature (sunlight, rain, snow, ice, etc.) and when properly maintained, Hallett Gutter Cover will not peel, crack, chip or blister for a period of twenty (20) years.
Check with the installer whom you hire for “their” warranty concerning the installation portion.
Return / Refund policy-
- 30 Day full money back refund or exchange on all purchases made on items un-opened or non-damaged (The buyer will be responsible for paying shipping fees)
- Contractors and Resellers will be held to a 25% restocking fee. If it is an exchange instead of a return than there will be no fee at all. (The buyer will still be responsible for paying shipping fees)
- If the desired color is not as expected and non-satisfactory than a full refund within 20 days of the purchase will be given. (The buyer will still be responsible for paying shipping fees)
- If the Hallett Gutter Cover is installed on a home-owners house and gutter cover has any defects or the customer is dissatisfied with the product than an exchange will be given for the equal amount of gutter cover ordered. (The buyer will be responsible for paying shipping)
- All orders made before 2:30pm EST will ship the same day.
- Orders of 100 – 3000 Feet will all be shipped UPS ground.
- Any order made that is over 3000 Feet will be shipped LTL.
